Hiring Now: Customer Service Ambassador

Location: Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Salary: RM2,400 - RM3,000

Job Scope:

- Attend customers professionally and handle walk-ins

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Manage appointments and scheduling

- Send sales advertisements to prospective and existing clients

- Perform consistent follow-ups with customers on inquiries and sales leads

- Update and maintain daily sales records

- Perform basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)

- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, and social media platforms)

Working Hours:

- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Alternate Sundays)
