We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
  • Minimum SPM holder/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
