Job Scope:- Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction in providing service information and enquiries, complaints and feedback are attended promptly in professional manner.
Handle inbound customers inquiries & request via voice & alternate channel (eg. Whatsapp, chat, email & SMS) regarding our product
e.g billing inquiries, technical inquiries and general inquiries.- To gather from the customer all the necessary information to fulfill their requirement and enter accurately into the appropriate system.
Responsible to ensure customers satisfaction in form of courteous and prompt service and update customers with accurate information.

Mon - Fri /
- 30am - 5.30pm
- Working Hours :
Mon - Friday : 8am - 10pm
Sat, Sun & PH : 8am - 10pm
Must be willing to work shift rotation.
TM Annexe / Bangsar
Up to RM1,800 + PFP
Shift / Language / Tech skill allowances etc.
TM Account / Product / Apps / Troubleshooting- Online Service
SPM (Must passed BM & BI) / Age : 19yo -35yo
Good communication skill (BM & BI). Mandarin will be added advantage
Call Centre experience will added be advantage
Typing : 40wpm / Accuracy : 85%
