What You'll Be Doing

  • Chat with customers via phone or email and help them solve problems with clarity and care
  • Spot concerns early and help protect our client's brand reputation
  • Share fresh ideas that improve how we work and serve
  • Escalate priority issues to the right team quickly and accurately
  • Keep learning through training and hands-on experience we've got your back

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in any field fresh grads are welcome!
  • Good command ofEnglish and Cantonese(B2 level and above spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in customer service is a bonus, but not required
  • Love talking to people and solving real-world problems
  • Able to multitask, type fast (min. 40wpm), and stay cool under pressure
  • Open to feedback and excited to grow in a team-focused, high-energy environment
