Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers - helping them deliver better results every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and validate incoming shipment documents scan, file, and ensure accuracy in systems.
  • Identify and manage incoming shipment discrepancies (invoice, SAP/WMS, physical, customs, supplier issues).
  • Raise, track, follow up, and close pending cases with buyers and internal teams.
    Coordinate with inbound, inventory, IQC, CLS, and other teams for physical checks, GR process, and issue resolution.
  • Manage inventory discrepancy cases, including SAP/WMS adjustments and credit note coordination.
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation (daily, weekly, and monthly reports).
  • Present weekly reports and discrepancy updates to customers.
  • Support customs physical examinations and special shipment handling
  • Provide document support to internal teams and act as backup for teammates when required.
  • Support inbound and outbound operations as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in control tower, warehouse operations, inbound logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP, WMS, and shipment documentation processes.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills able to work with buyers, customs, and internal
  • stakeholders.
  • Good command of English / Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
  • Willing to be based in Senai or PTP.

Adrian Dalsey and Larry Hillblom personally oversaw the daily operations until its eventual bankruptcy closed the doors in 1983. At its peak, DHL Air Cargo employed just over 100 workers, management and pilots.
