Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support through live chat, email, and inbound/outbound phone calls to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
- Respond to customer queries promptly, providing accurate details about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up proactively through calls and emails.
- Consistently meet and surpass individual and team KPIs and performance goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM
- No prior experience required comprehensive training will be provided
- Must be able to start immediately
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Attractive overtime pay available
