Customer Service Executive | Australia Market | Fresh Graduates Welcome

We are looking for candidates who are customer-focused, confident in English communication and comfortable handling calls, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve customer issues efficiently. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Working Days: Monday - Saturday
• Working Hours: Australia market 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Must be willing to work on Public Holidays .

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer requests, enquiries and complaints relating to package pick-up and delivery.
• Provide information and assistance on products and services.
• Make outbound calls to customers where required.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints end-to-end , ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Fresh graduates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with secondary school education + at least 1 year of working experience are also eligible.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English as the role supports the Australia market .
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong complaint handling and problem-solving skills .
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers via telephone.
• Able to multitask and work with multiple systems while communicating through a headset.
• Able to adapt well to a fast-paced working environment .
• Stable employment history preferred no jumpy profile .
