Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at Canaan Communication & Technologies Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing customer satisfaction, and providing customer support on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
  • Ability to manage and improve customer satisfaction levels
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer support and service
  • Effective customer service management skills
  • Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a plus
  • Training and personal development skills to improve customer service outcomes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is beneficial
