Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in WP. Kuala Lumpur.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Support matchmaking processes by updating client profiles and schedules in the system.
- Assist in coordinating appointments, profiling sessions, and event registrations.
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve client engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and ensure data confidentiality.
- Occasionally assist at company events or activities to ensure client comfort and engagement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least a year of customer service experience. You should also have:
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure or with difficult customers.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- A friendly and professional attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
