Job Description

Location

  • Menara UOA Business Park, Shah Alam
  • Easily accessible by public transport: LRT Subang Jaya & KTM Subang Jaya

Working Hours

  • Schedule: 5 working days, 2 days off (rotational)
  • Working Hours: Rotational shift
  • Daily hours: 9 hours per day
  • Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays (if applicable)

Role Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in a professional manner.
  • Manage inbound calls, live chats and emails efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.

Requirements:

  • Open to fresh graduates (training provided)
  • SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in both Malay and English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening skill

Job Type

  • Permanent, full-time

Salary

  • RM2,000 RM2,400 depending on the project
  • KPI Allowance: RM300
