Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in UOA Business Park, Subang for a Customer Service Specialist. The role involves providing quality customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service via phone or other communication channels. The position also requires responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and improving overall customer experience through professional interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience and ability to enhance it
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in an on-site role in Shah Alam
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum SPM
  • Able to communicate in English & Malay (Mandarin is advantage)
