Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound calls related to general enquiries, complaints, feedback, comments, and other issues concerning the company's products.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by exceeding customer expectations and providing accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet assigned KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of SPM.
  • Proficient in English (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • At least 1 year of experience in the service industry is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates who are interested in starting a career in a call center are encouraged to apply (full training will be provided).
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, including rotating off days.
  • Each shift consists of 9 working hours, inclusive of a 1-hour break.
  • Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
