Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Johor Baharu. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support and assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer service standards. The role involves interacting with customers through various channels, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the company&aposs services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Service Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in relevant field is preferred
