Product Support: Assist customers with printer-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
Communication: Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer emails, calls, and chats.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery.

Working Hours: Day Shifts Only (Permanent Off day on Sunday)
Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Nearby Ara Damansara LRT)
Salary: Monthly salary with minimum RM3000 above, plus KPI incentive up to RM200
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the printing industry. Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are welcomed! Training will be provided.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with printer hardware and software is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
Communication: Excellent verbal (English & Mandarin) and written communication skills. Mandarin is required as you will need to support mandarin speaking clients
