Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to provide first-level support for corporate and consumer customers. This role handles inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with products, consumables, online purchases, warranties, and administrative matters. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for corporate/consumer products via inbound and outbound calls, email, and fax.
- Liaise with internal teams for service requests and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Dispatch engineers for hardware issues when required.
- Assist customers with product usage, consumables, online orders, warranty registration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Handle inquiries regarding printers, cameras, scanners, projectors, and other products, as well as sales, promotions, and eShop purchases.
- Accurately record and update customer cases in CRM systems.
- Follow up to ensure timely resolution and maintain SLAs.
- Maintain professional, polite, and courteous communication at all times.
- Undertake administrative tasks and assignments from supervisors or department heads as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum SPM.
- Fluent in English; reading/writing proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese required.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is a plus; fresh candidates with strong potential are encouraged.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with phone, email, and chat support channels.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
