Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
