JOB OPENING: Customer Service Executive (Insurance)
JOB DETAILS:
Contract: 1 Year
Location: KL Eco City
Salary: RM 4500
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team! You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their insurance inquiries. Open to candidates with General Insurance (GI) OR Life Insurance experience!
YOUR MISSION:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide fast and accurate solutions.
Ensure all responses meet our service standards.
Manage complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
Update customer records in the system.
Hit your performance goals (KPIs)!
WHAT WE NEED:
Minimum SPM/Diploma holder.
At least 2 years of customer service experience in Life OR General Insurance.
Good communication in English & Malay.
Computer literate (MS Office).
SKILLS WE LOVE:
Knowledge of Life or GI products.
Patient, caring, and customer-focused.
Strong problem-solving skills.
A team player who can multitask.
