Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Able to answer customers in a timely and correct manner according to the summary.
  • Actively introduce the company's new products, and prompt customers to use the company's products.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions, are taken.
  • Handling and record customer's compliance.
  • Communicate with customers to achieve service or sales purposes.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with customers.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin & added advantage in English
  • Facebook messenger & Microsoft Excel Literate
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • With Customer Service experience is an added advantage
  • Able to work on weekends or public holiday
