This is a full-time, on-site role located in Subang Jaya for a LEVEL 1 ENTRY LEVEL Customer Service Executive at Daythree. The role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and overseeing customer service operations on a daily basis.

  • Expertise in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Customer Service Management
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
