Job Description

Our client is looking for Customer Service Executives to support an exciting customer migration project. If you have great communication skills and are eager to gain valuable experience, this is the opportunity for you!


Position : Customer Service Executive

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Salary : RM 2500-RM 2999


Vacancy Details

  • Position Level: Fresh / Entry Level
  • Education Level: Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 & 5
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 months
  • Contract Type: Contract
  • Working Hours: Normal Hours


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls to support customer migration processes.
  • Manage emails related to migration activities.
  • Conduct outbound customer care calls.
  • Validate company profiles and prepare data for migration.
  • Assist with customer issues, liaising with Channels, IT, and vendors.
  • Prepare progress/status reports as required.
  • Support on-site activities for customer migration.
  • Work additional hours on weekdays/public holidays if required to meet project milestones.
