Job Description
- Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated including receiving, creating and distributing the quote to the client
- Download customer inquiry and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
- Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager
Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
- Able to work under constant deadline pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
