Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records of customer feedback and issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
