Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
