  • Job Description:
Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing customer calls to meet service turnaround goals
  • Address customer inquiries and follow up regularly
Maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Meet customer needs through effective telephone communication
Expand the customer base through effective communication
  • Job Requirements:
Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Good telephone communication skills and active listening ability
Proactive and self-motivated
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Monthly remuneration: RM4000RM6000 (Basic Salary)+ Commission+ Parking Subsidy
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 12pm-9pm
Work Location:Menara Suezcap, Kuala Lumpur ((LRT University reachable)
  • 14 days annual leave, 14 days sick leave, 60 days hospitalization leave
