Position Summary
The Customer Service Export Executive (6 Months Temporary) is responsible to ensure all export orders are planned, coordinated and processed for the orders to be delivered to their destinations accurately and within our customer's expectations.
You will play an important role to:
- To handle customer service function, i.e., sales order processing in ERP system, shipment arrangement, inventory tracking, verifying shipping documents, FTA forms, LC application from customer, & complaint handling.
- Responsible to ensure all orders are processed and shipment arranged within customer's expectations.
- Responsible for coordinating and monitoring of export shipment loading status & delivery with 3PL prior to shipment closing.
- To manage customer's order against forecast and to highlight to sales for any variance found.
- Coordinating with related parties within Supply Chain and Sales with regards to forecast and stocks availability to fulfil orders.
- Handle & attend to sales team or customer's enquiries (stocks availability, delivery, order status).
- Acts as key contact to obtain forecast for respective market within timeline given for production planning purpose.
- Responsible to prepare shipping documents with high accuracy.
- Responsible to escalate CSER report to related parties for investigation with prompt follow-up for investigation result and compensation to customer.
- Responsible in Cost Analysis application for the application of preferential Certification of Origin (e.g., Form D, Form AI etc.) and non-preferential Certificate of Origin for export shipment.
- To drive for direct loading plan at Site warehouses with thorough & close communication and coordination with planner, warehouse and 3PL.
- To ensure daily-job process and documents used or prepared are complying to ISO 9001 standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Diploma/ Degree holder in Business Administration.
- Min 1 years experiences working in customer service in Export Manufacturing environment with knowledge of shipping procedures.
- Organized, process-oriented, ability to work independently and be available for monthly closing.
- Knowledge of custom procedures, regulations on export and import or logistics would be an advantage
- Knowledge of import custom procedures at Pen Malaysia , East Malaysia, cross border Thailand and Singapore would be advantage.
