Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Import Export (Airfreight) at DPPX Express Sdn Bhd, located in Subang Jaya. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and handling airfreight import and export shipments for customers, managing and updating shipment information in a timely and accurate manner, liaising with customers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment processes, and handling any issues or deviations during the shipment process. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years of experience in customer service and/or import/export field in the airfreight industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Experience with airfreight operating systems, and understanding of airfreight import/export operations and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluency in English and another language is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
