  • Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
  • Headcount: 6

Job Scope

  • Handle voice-based customer interactions
  • Manage chat and email support
  • Provide professional customer service support for the assigned collection project
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer queries

Working Days & Hours

  • 5 working days & 2 days off per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

Salary Package

  • Japanese Speakers:
  • RM 9,000 9,500 + RM 300 KPI allowance
  • Non-N1.N2 Japanese Speakers:
  • RM 7,000 9,500 + RM 300 KPI allowance

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (mandatory for N1/N2 speakers)
  • B2 level English proficiency
  • Fluent in spoken, reading, and typing skills in Japanese & English
  • Minimum 6 months BPO / Customer Service experience
  • JLPT N2 or above (mandatory)
