Role: Customer Service Assistant - Malay/Tamil/Chinese/Mandarin
Contract Duration : 1 Year extendable contract
Work mode: 5 days work from office
Work Location: Kuala Lumpur
Notice: Currently service / immediate joiners
Job Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for customer enquiries, complaint, request and feedback via phone, email, WhatsApp, walk in customers and any communication platforms
• Managing large amounts of enquiries in timely manner
• Assisting customers with their enquiries and addressing issues regarding products and services
• Responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department
• Handle end-to-end enquiries to resolve customer inquiries or concerns
• To practice high productivity attendance on daily customer relationship center tasks
• To provide high standard of customer service expectations
• Update required tracking accurately
• Handling other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
• Fresh Degree/ Diploma holders are welcome to apply as training is provided.
• Sound knowledge on both life and general insurance is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess good communication skills (verbal and written English), additional Mandarin or Tamil verbal ability is an added advantage
• Willing to cope with work pressure and accept new challenge
• Energetic, passionate towards work, good attitude on learning
• Knowledge in Microsoft (Words & Excel)
• Working 5 days per week (Monday – Friday) excluding public holiday.
