Job Description

Job Descriptions:

1. Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the company subsidiary, formulate and implement localized business strategies to ensure the achievement of the subsidiary's business objectives.

2. Lead and empower the customer service and operation teams, establish efficient collaboration mechanisms, and improve the overall team performance and customer service quality.

3. Gain in-depth insights into market trends and customer needs to drive the continuous growth of service efficiency and performance.

4. Establish and improve the subsidiary's business processes and management systems, including norms for sales, customer service and compliance management, to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

5. Represent the subsidiary to maintain close communication with the headquarters and local partners, coordinate resources to resolve major customer issues and emergencies.

6. Monitor and analyze business data, regularly report the operating status to the headquarters, make data-driven decisions, and continuously optimize operational efficiency and customer experience.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; English as a working language with fluent oral skills; more than 5 years of management experience.

2. Proficiency in the operation mode of the electronic manufacturing industry or related sectors; excellent capabilities in localized business development and team management.

3. Outstanding data analysis skills, able to identify business problems through data and drive optimization; candidates with P&L management experience are preferred.

4. Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently managing internal and external stakeholders and handling complex business scenarios.

5. Result-oriented, with strategic thinking and business awareness; able to adapt to a fast-paced business environment and lead the team to achieve performance breakthroughs.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in managing overseas subsidiaries

2. Familiarity with the PCB/SMT industry and manufacturing design tools

3. Experience in building customer success systems or optimizing business processes
