We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team in Sunway Cheras. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in Mandarin via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics and KPIs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
