Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team in Sunway Cheras. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients in Mandarin via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics and KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in weekends.
