Posiiton: Customer Service Executive (English/Mandarin)

Location : Ara Damansara , PJ Selangor 

Salary: 3000 RM + RM200 ( kpi )

Working hours; Mon-Fri, 7:30am-7pm

Sat , 8:30 am -2:30 pm 

Training Duration: 2-3 weeks

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Provide product information and assist customers in navigating our services.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
