Position: Customer Support (Mandarin)
Salary: Upto 4500 Basic + KPI (300) + Shift Allowance (300)
*Must open for Rotational shifts
*Fresher and Experience candidates are welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Response and follow up to customer inquiries through live chat, Calls and email.
- Provide product information to customers.
- Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions on improving customer service process and experience to superior.
- Maintain a positive, responsible, empathetic and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction.
Must haves:
- SPM level or above. Trilingual in English, Chinese and Malay (verbal, written & read).
- Minimum 1 years working experiences in any customer service role.
- High stress tolerance and problem-solving skills.
