Customer Service Officer (Leading Bank)
Location: Ampang Park
Working Hours: Rotational shifts
Salary: RM3,200 - 4,200
Allowance: RM350 (shift) + RM35 (transport) + RM45 (night) + RM30 (split shift)
*6 months training bond contract
*no relatives working in UOB
*record clean
Requirements
* Min. 1 year customer service experience (Live Chat / Email / Inbound).
* Contact center background preferred.
* Strong written English and attention to detail.
* Able to multitask and handle multiple chats efficiently.
* Team player, adaptable to fast-paced environment.
* Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends & PH.
* CRM & telephony tools knowledge preferred.
CS background required (English)
School Certificate / N or O-Level, Diploma, Bachelors/ Degree
