Customer Relationship Officer
Principal Responsibilities
• Contact SingPost customers and provide regular touch points on their birthday and half yearly reviews updates
• Manage the retention of SingPost customers by reaching out to segments where their policies have lapsed
• Update leads in a meticulous manner and provide updates to the Manager on outcome where tracking is required
• Ensure scripts used are compliant
• Consistent in achieving monthly and annual targets set by the Manager, aligning with SingPost Channel mobile team Annual Premium Equivalent Plan
• Provide continuous feedback and suggestions on improvement/enhancement where relevant
• Take guidance from Team Lead/Manager on matters relating to telephony skills, achieving targets etc
• Any adhocprojects where required
Qualifications
DIPLOMA and Above
Must be able to speak or read mandarin
• 1 year Relevant Telemarketing experience (inbound/outbound) OR client care relationship experiences or customer service in outbound
• Good Customer Service experience
• Managing internal and external stakeholders in a corporate environment
• MS Office in particular MS Excel
