Role : Customer Service /Customer support
Client : Banking
Location: Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)
Type : 1 Year Extendable
Mode : Work from office (Chulan Tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, business at Level 13, No. 3 Jalan Conlay.)
Job descrition:
Provide customer support, liaise with merchants, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth communication with customers.
Passionate about improving Customer Allegiance Score (CAS).
Curious and accept continuous process improvement.
Able to work independently, as well as collaborate with peers to work towards a common goal.
Flexible for rotational shifts (24/7)(Including Night Shift)
