Job Description

Working Hours: Currently 2 shifts (Morning & Afternoon), but expected to move to 3 shifts soon (Morning, Afternoon & Night). Shift allowance will be provided for applicable hours.

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

Join our travel industry support team and help travelers around the world enjoy smooth and stress-free journeys. You'll be assisting customers via calls, chats, and emails, handling inquiries on bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel information.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient support to travelers.
  • Handle inquiries regarding bookings, flight changes, and cancellations.
  • Offer travel-related information and assistance with problem resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin & English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work on rotational shifts (including weekends & public holidays).
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage, especially in the travel or hospitality industry.
