Our client is a global leader in advanced composite materials, serving customers across the aerospace, defense, space, and industrial sectors. The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating logistics and delivery activities, and providing exceptional pre- and post-sales support across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. This position serves as a critical liaison between customers and internal global teams, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer purchase orders, order entry, and order administration through ERP systems, including Microsoft D365 and AX2012, while supporting system migration initiatives.
- Review purchase orders, order changes, and customer requests to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and traceability requirements.
- Provide responsive pre-sales and after-sales customer support, acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries and order-related matters.
- Coordinate with customers, internal stakeholders, and global teams on logistics, delivery schedules, quality matters, documentation, and order fulfillment activities.
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with forecasting, order coverage, payment follow-ups, month-end activities, reporting, and general administrative duties.
Job Requirements
- Degree-qualified professional with at least 5 years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP/MRP systems, preferably Microsoft D365 and AX2012.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Thai or Vietnamese would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment while managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
