In this role you will be responsible for delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring and helping the sellers to have a smooth onboarding experience on platform, as well as delivering the best customer experience by providing the best service. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants (including, but not limited to, leads generation, cold contact, onboarding and incubation).
- Maintain high-quality service and collaboration with merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Identify new collaboration opportunities that align with merchants short-term and long-term development plans, ensuring seller participation in these initiatives.
- Support the acquisition manager by providing ongoing seller support and training to improve sales performance via account management, and implementation of improvement plans.
- Design and create promotional materials for various seller management initiatives.
- Track seller progress and evaluate the impact of training and curriculum on performance.
- Assist with internal operations and cross-functional projects, including project execution, document management, and information consolidation.
Job Requirements:
- At least have Bachelor Degree and able to speak Both (English & Malay) fluently & proficiently, familiar with TikTok.
- With passion for eCommerce and seller operations work such as with practical experience in community management, and good understanding of eCommerce business and campaigns.
- Logical and organized communication, good teamwork spirit, empathetic, strong executive sense and responsibility
- Experienced in customer service, account management role and self-owned business before are preferable.
