  • Title: Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker)
  • Location: KL, Malaysia
  • Shift: Normal Day Shift MYT (08 hours of Working + 01 hour of meal break)
  • Type: Contract
  • Monday to Friday working & Weekends are Off

About Job:

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with client services.
  • Provide clear and helpful advice on using the client services and applications, ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience.
  • Ability to perform tasks objectively, free from biases or personal beliefs, while aligning with client policies.
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive content.
  • Having previous experience in outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation is a plus.

Skills Required:

  • Assist vendor using call, chat, email
  • Able to read & type English and Mandarin
