At
GAC Cargo System Sdn Bhd, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Customer Service Representative to be based in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, to deliver exceptional customer service, and support the expansion of our business.
Duties Include
- Manage existing customer accounts through timely, professional communication
- Handle customer enquiries, service requests and operational updates
- Track and trace shipments
- Accurate, timely data entry into internal operating systems and third-party platforms
- Verify job cost allocations, provisions and billing information to ensure invoicing accuracy
- Coordinate submission of documentation for invoice preparation, e-billing and dispatch
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and financial reports
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company procedures
- Ensure compliance with customs, port, airport, and international trade regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth logistics operations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping or a related field
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, logistics or freight forwarding
- Experience in logistics, shipping or freight forwarding operations is an advantage
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, in written and spoken communication
- Office-based role; commute to Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, required
