Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Kapar. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day customer interactions, providing assistance, support, and solutions to meet client needs while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, issuing invoices, maintaining records of customer interactions, and collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience. The representative will act as the face of the company, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring a positive brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring exceptional Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, demonstrate empathy, and resolve issues promptly
  • Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and adhering to company protocols
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • SPM or Diploma
