Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the friendly voice supporting customers, solving problems, and making every interaction a positive one.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls with patience, clarity, and care.
- Provide accurate information, resolve enquiries, and follow up to ensure full closure.
- Manage service requests using CRM tools and work closely with internal teams to get issues resolved.
- Keep customer records updated, complete administrative tasks, and maintain service quality standards.
- Make outbound calls when needed for follow-ups, callbacks, or customer engagement.
- Stay updated on new products, processes, and guidelines through training and briefings.
- Support team leaders with reporting, feedback, and process improvement initiatives.
Who You Are
- Diploma or Degree in any field, and professional life insurance qualification (e.g. ACII, AMII, AAII, FLMI)
- 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry or customer service.
- Good communication in English and / or Mandarin.
- Patient, attentive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Able to navigate systems, follow procedures, and multitask effectively.
- A team player with a service-first attitude.
