Looking for a role where you get to help people every day Join a dynamic contact centre team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the friendly voice supporting customers, solving problems, and making every interaction a positive one.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls with patience, clarity, and care.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve enquiries, and follow up to ensure full closure.
  • Manage service requests using CRM tools and work closely with internal teams to get issues resolved.
  • Keep customer records updated, complete administrative tasks, and maintain service quality standards.
  • Make outbound calls when needed for follow-ups, callbacks, or customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on new products, processes, and guidelines through training and briefings.
  • Support team leaders with reporting, feedback, and process improvement initiatives.

Who You Are
  • Diploma or Degree in any field, and professional life insurance qualification (e.g. ACII, AMII, AAII, FLMI)
  • 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry or customer service.
  • Good communication in English and / or Mandarin.
  • Patient, attentive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Able to navigate systems, follow procedures, and multitask effectively.
  • A team player with a service-first attitude.
