Position: Customer Service Executive – Japanese Speaker
Location: Malaysia (Onsite)
Budget:Upto RM 9,000/month
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional support to Japanese-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chats.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer requests promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is an advantage.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Fresh graduates with Japanese language skills are welcome to apply!
