Job Description

  1. Position: Customer Service Representative
  2. Language: Cantonese and English

  1. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  2. Working Shift: Night Shift (Permanent)
  3. Pay: 4500 RM Basic + Up To 300 KPI + Up To 300 Night Shift Allowances

  1. Requirements:

Experience in Customer Service, Preferable in Healthcare

Proficient in English (Preferable B2)

- Proficiency in Chinese Language (Read/Write/Speak)

Job Description:

- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)

- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer.

- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.

- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required

- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
