Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working Duration: Rotational Shift
Salary: 4500 RM Basic + Up To 300 KPI + Up To 300 Night Shift Allowances
Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin Language (Read/Write/Speak)
Experience in Customer Service
Proficient in English (Preferable B2)
Responsibilities-
-Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
-Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer.
-Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
-Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
-Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
