The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Native-level Mandarin communication skills

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
  • Assist customers with account-related concerns, technical troubleshooting, and product inquiries
  • Provide accurate guidance on cryptocurrency trading, security measures, and account management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and follow service protocols
  • Exceed performance targets while contributing to overall team success
