About the Role / :
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. You will play a key role in maintaining user satisfaction and engagement across multiple platforms, particularly with our Chinese-speaking VIP users.

Key Responsibilities / :
- Provide timely support to customers via chat, email, social media, and phone, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
- Re-engage inactive users and encourage participation on the platform.
- Monitor and enhance overall user activity and engagement metrics.
Requirements / :
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with Chinese-speaking VIP customers.

- Strong social and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
- Proficiency in basic office software, including Excel, and a proactive approach to daily operational tasks.
