Job Description

Working Arrangement: Fully on-site (KL Sentral)

Working Hours: Monday Friday, 12:30 PM 9:00 PM

About the Role / :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. You will play a key role in maintaining user satisfaction and engagement across multiple platforms, particularly with our Chinese-speaking VIP users.

Key Responsibilities / :

  • Provide timely support to customers via chat, email, social media, and phone, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Re-engage inactive users and encourage participation on the platform.
  • Monitor and enhance overall user activity and engagement metrics.

Requirements / :

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with Chinese-speaking VIP customers.

  • Proficiency in basic office software, including Excel, and a proactive approach to daily operational tasks.
