Job Description

Work Location: Cyberjaya

Shift: Mon - Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide product or service information and resolve any emerging problems.
  • Record customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be a registered PWD / OKU (Person with Disabilities) with appropriate documentation.
  • SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field (depending on seniority of the role).
  • Proficient in spoken and written [English / Malay / other languages as required].
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
