Job Description

  • Responsible for reaching out to clients to collect or remind them of overdue balances.
  • Make proactive calls to notify customers about outstanding payments.
  • Persuade, negotiate, and work with clients to set up manageable repayment schedules.
  • Effectively follow up on payment promises made by customers.
  • Meet individual and team goals to qualify for the Incentive Program.
  • Provide explanations and clarifications regarding non-payment issues and other product-related services.
