What you will do As a dedicated Customer Service Executive, youll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch customer service. Here is what&aposs waiting for you:

  • Focusing diligently on voice & non-voice channels to swiftly address customer queries and take ownership of their concerns
  • Striking the perfect balance between customer requirements and business objectives, showcasing your skills in sales and marketing techniques
  • Expertly articulating and presenting information about our products while professionally managing high inquiry volumes
  • Embracing accountability for individual KPIs and working cohesively towards team goals
  • Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient self-service solutions
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating with our Team Leaders and Managers
  • Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer information at all times

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin and ENGLISH (C1) giving you a chance to showcase your language skills
  • Good command of English or Bahasa Malaysia to round out your communication abilities
  • 1 year experience in Customer Service and financial industry is a must
  • Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role That&aposs a big plus!
  • A minimum DIPLOMA qualification, showing that you have the fundamentals in place
  • Working Hours : Sun - Thu, 1.30pm - 10.30pm
